Feeling unwell or can't attend your appointment?

If you are unwell this means you are unable to attend your appointment and we ask all clients to respectfully let us know prior to coming to your appointment. We completely empathise with the frustration of having to miss appointment, however our policies are in place to allow our business to continue to operate, and operate smoothly. Booking an appointment with CFMA means you acknowledge and accept our policies. Acceptance of these policies is being aware that unforeseen circumstances might arise and if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason you are liable for your appointment fee’s. We uphold our policy for all clients to remain fair & consistent. We kindly ask to ensure you are comfortable with our policy prior to booking in.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

CFMA kindly asks all clients to provide 2 business days notice for cancellations and rescheduling (please note unique T+Cs apply for Cosmetic Tattooing & Public Holidays). Bookings cancelled with less than 2 days notice will incur a 50% fee of total booked services will apply. 

No Shows

Cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment or failure to show requires full payment of booked service. We are a service based business - where time is put aside and reserved for each client. Without providing notice of being unable to attend your appointment, we don’t have the opportunity to fill your appointment.

Future appointments will not be accepted until payment is received.

Cosmetic Tattoo Policy

Cancellations 2 days prior to your appointment will result in a 50% fee of total booked services. Cancelling on the day of your appointment will result in a fee equaling the total amount of your booked tattoo appointment. For appointment changes within 7 days, a $50.00 fee applies.

Bridal + Group Bookings 

Bridal + Group Bookings require an invoice/deposit paid to secure chosen date. 

If your event has to be rescheduled or is cancelled within 30 days of service date, all payments will be non-refundable.
Cancellations for change of mind or adjustment of party numbers will not be refunded. (Please be mindful as group bookings are a blocked time off catered for you which means declining other requests and turning away clients in our salon)
Please note: When paying a deposit you are agreeing to our policy and our cancellation terms. 

 

Full payment is required a month before service date.

 

COVID POLICY

If your event is cancelled/postponed due to COVID,  deposits will be held to use at a later date or a refund may be issued (circumstances considered around our usual policy)
